Dr. Tariq Alshehri
Working at KFSHRC in the Department of pathology and laboratory medicine, Immunopathology section for more than 22 years where I started as a Medical Technologist (2002) and then Senior Medical Technologist.
In 2012, I completed the MSc program in Immunology at University of the West of England (UWE), Bristol, UK.
In 2014, I attended Newcastle University, UK, and graduated with a PhD in clinical Immunology (2018/2019) and therefore assigned as a Clinical Laboratory Scientists in the Department of pathology and laboratory medicine.
In 2022, classified by the SCHS as a Clinical Immunology Consultant.
Professionally, I recently (2023) became Board certified in Diagnostic Immunology by the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB).
Areas of expertise: Extensive experience in immunology research and clinical laboratory environments including but not limited to: Allergy, Autoimmunity, Antibody deficiency and Primary immunodeficiency (PID).
