Dr. Manar Samman earned her BSc in Clinical Laboratory Science from King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, followed by an MSc with merit in Biomedical Science (Human Genetics) and a PhD in Cancer Genomics from the University of Leeds, UK. With extensive practical experience, she currently serves as Chairperson of the Clinical Pathology Department at King Fahad Medical City, Riyadh, and as a Consultant and Project Leader at the Laboratory Operation Center/Health Support Services Center under the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Manar is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at King Faisal University, Riyadh. She is certified as a CAP Inspection Team Member and is actively involved in various committees, including the Medical Laboratory Qualification Reviewing Committee at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. Additionally, Dr. Manar has contributed significantly to the field through publications, workshops, and presentations.
