Dr Bakhsh clearly believes that all results are achievable as long we start by defining the desired target as accurately as possible, and then presence of qualified human resources, to reach that goal, what will remain is all other –complimentary- resources.
The qualified human resource factor is the hard to guarantee in the equation, to obtain a “certificate” is not difficult in his perception, using the knowledge to achieve the goals, is the goal.
All resources are wasted, if the available work force were incompetent, and if there is no accurate, accountable monitoring system.
Although it can be easy to recruit highly competent individuals, but making them work as a team, working together for each other’s to start with, and then for, and to, the desired goal, is not easy task.
Getting the machine/technology is possible, but building and preparing the team, is not just as easy.
Create your team, the team will elevate you, make sure to enhance their knowledge, abilities, capacity to work independently, and then harvest.
Dr Ismail is married with four children, three boys and a girl, reminding them that soft skills are an essential component, and dose requires continuous development to achieve desired goals, off course without minimizing the importance of other requirements, also believes that there is a great necessity and of great importance to distinguish between Management of Projects, and Change Management, the latter is neglected/ forgotten in our world , where human and material resources are available, but change management partially or completely missing. One issue also needs further investment, working on Strategy executions, and strategy stress testing, where we must look for elements making strategies executable, or not.
Dr Bakhsh is a development trainer, has many certifications and knowledge in communication skills, change management, negotiation, and strategic management, believes that he is not perfect, he can be wrong, but not to make the same mistakes twice and failure is a resource, for a new starts.
